Returns & refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return standard catalogue pieces for a full refund under the EU right of withdrawal. Custom prints made from your own image are excluded except where defective. If an item arrives damaged in transit, send a photo to support@novura.art within 14 days and we'll reprint and reship free of charge. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item. To start a return, email support@novura.art with your order number.
